The 16.5 cm Japanese Zen Nakiri has been specially developed to meet the growing demand for high-quality Japanese knives. The 37-layer damask has a VG10 stainless steel core with a hardness of HRC 61 for long-lasting sharpness.
Zen is the Japanese word for "the healthiest meals" and with this beautiful knife you can actually prepare the most healthy meal. The Zen knives also have a hammered Tsuchime finish that is both aesthetic and practical because food is less likely to stick to the blade.
