Warranty
Zwilling offers a lifetime warranty on this product, covering manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover damage from normal use, overheating, misuse, failure to follow maintenance instructions, discoloration from dishwasher use, drops, impacts, transportation, or improper storage.

Maintenance
Each Miyabi knife is carefully balanced to provide maximum control and comfort while slicing, chopping, and filleting. While these knives stay sharp for a very long time, Miyabi knives do dull over time. You can easily sharpen the knife yourself with Japanese whetstones for optimal results. Do not use on glass, ceramic, or stone cutting boards, as these will dull the edge too quickly. We recommend wooden or bamboo cutting boards.

Cleaning
Never use the dishwasher to clean the knife. The harsh detergent can dull and damage the blade, and also damage the handle. Wash the knife by hand in lukewarm water with a mild dishwashing liquid and dry it immediately with a soft cloth. Let the knife air dry briefly before storing it safely.

This knife is not only a stylish addition to your kitchen, but also an indispensable tool for the culinary enthusiast. Order now and take your kitchen to the next level!
